- 1.6 GHz CPU, 1GB of memory and at least 1GB of free hard drive space.
- Video recording device such as mobile phone or video camera.
- A connection to the internet, 56Kbps or higher.
- an Australian citizen; or a holder of a permanent visa; or a New Zealand citizen; AND
- i. under 20 years of age (as at 1 January 2013) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training; or
- ii. over 20 years of age (as at 1 January 2013) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training in an Approved Foundation Skills List course; or
- iii. over 20 years of age (as at 1 January 2013) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training as an Apprentice (not Trainee); or
- iv. over 20 years of age (as at 1 January 2013) and seeking to enrol in training in the Victorian Certificate of Education or the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (Intermediate or Senior); or
- v. over 20 years of age (as at 1 January 2013) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training in a course that is at a higher qualification level than the highest qualification held at the time of the scheduled commencement of training.
Flexible Delivery
The course is provided through self-paced flexible delivery of accredited training with online support in the form of manuals,
learning materials and assessments as well as support via telephone, emails and forums. It is suitable for people with
intermediate computer literacy.

You may be eligible for Government subsidised enrolment if you meet the following criteria.
To be eligible, an individual must meet Victorian Training Guarantee requirements as follows:

- An individual is eligible to undertake a maximum of two government subsidised courses at any one time in 2013.
- This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. The amount listed below represents the required student contribution. Enrolments are subject to available funding.
- Enrolling in this funding course may impact your access to further government subsidised training. Click HERE for the Student Handbook in PDF format, includes complaints and appeals process and indicative Victorian Training Guarantee fees. Applicants are advised to read the Student Handbook before applying for a course.
- The following fees apply, and are apportioned on a pro-rata calendar basis. Any national recognition units you hold will reduce your contribution.
- The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.
