Course Description
The Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE40110) is the endorsed qualification that has replaced the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA40104).
The TAE40110 is essential for those who are responsible for presenting & assessing accredited training to meet identified competency requirements in the workplace. The Certificate IV TAE is designed to provide workplace trainers and assessors with a range of delivery and assessment skills.
Upon completion of the Certificate IV in Training and Education you will achieve a Nationally Recognised qualification and be a qualified trainer and assessor.

- TAEDES402A - Use Training Packages and Accredited Courses to meet client needs
- TAEDEL401A - Plan, organise and deliver group based learning
- TAEDEL402A - Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace
- TAEASS401A - Plan assessment activities and processes
- TAEASS402A - Assess Competence
- TAEASS403A - Participate in Assessment Validation
- TAEDEL301A - Provide work skill instruction
- TAEASS301A - Contribute to Assessment
- TAEASS502A - Design and Develop Assessment Tools
Expected study hours per week: 6-8
Course duration: 6-12 months part time

You may be eligible for a Government Funded enrolment if you meet the following criteria:
You are an Australian citizen; ( OR A holder of a permanent visa; OR A holder of a Special Category Visa (sub-class 444); OR An East Timorese asylum seeker; OR A holder of a Temporary Protection Visa ) and you reside in Victoria.
And
You are under 20 years of age.

The qualification you are applying for is higher than other Australian qualifications you hold.
